# Bili

> Bili is a made-to-order phone case brand. Customers choose original designs, personalize with their own photos, or build a solid-color case — then buy a case made for their exact phone model. Shops: Lithuania (bili.lt), Austria (bili.at), Latvia (bili.lv).

Bili sells premium printed phone cases (Lithuanian: telefono dėkliukai; German: Handyhüllen; Latvian: telefona maciņi). Cases are produced to order for a specific model so cutouts and camera openings fit correctly. The brand is **not** a poster or picture-frame shop — that is Framein (https://framein.lt/), a separate brand on the same ecommerce platform.

## How the catalog works (for assistants)

1. A **design** (product) belongs to one **collection** and shows mockup / design images.
2. Compatible **case types** and **phone models** are attached to that design.
3. The customer selects design → phone model → case type (and uploads photos when personalizing).
4. Checkout creates a Stripe session for the correct regional shop (LT, AT, or LV).

FAQs appear on product pages and the phone-model hub — there is no standalone `/duk` FAQ URL.
